▪ send you notifications in relation to your employment
▪ provide HR specific communications, such as those from pension and benefit providers

• update your employee record in our HR system with your diversity monitoring information, to allow us to continually monitor the diversity and inclusivity our colleagues at an anonymised level. Only a very small number of HR & IT colleagues will have access to this data for reporting and support purposes only.
